COMMERCIAL FLEET TOWING
& STANDING ACCOUNTS

Downtime costs money, and the last thing a fleet manager wants at 3am is to negotiate a tow with a stranger. Set up a standing account and it's already handled: your contacts, your billing, your yards, one number. Hadley has owned its own trucks since 1952. Call: (562) 692-3793.

One Company, Every Truck Class

Most tow companies can serve one slice of a fleet. A single-yard light-duty operator can't touch your Class 8. A heavy specialist won't come out for a sprinter van. Hadley runs the whole ladder — wheel-lift to 75-ton rotator — which means one vendor, one number, one invoice.

Whatever You Run, We Have the Truck

Sprinter and cargo vans, box trucks, stake beds, service and utility trucks, dually pickups, shuttle buses, tractors and trailers. Light-duty through medium-duty and heavy-duty, plus rotator recovery when a unit goes over.

Standing Accounts

We set up billing, authorized callers, default destinations, and escalation contacts in advance. When a unit goes down, your driver calls one number and the truck rolls — no purchase order, no credit card at the roadside, no arguing about coverage.

Yard, Shop, or Dealer

We deliver to your yard, your contracted shop, or the dealer. If a unit needs to sit while you sort parts or an insurer inspects it, our gated yards at Whittier, Fontana and Orange hold it — see vehicle storage.

The Freight Corridors You Actually Run

If your trucks run the Inland Empire, the 10/15 junction near Fontana is where you'll need us most. If you run the City of Industry warehouse belt, that's Walnut. Port and downtown drayage runs through Los Angeles. We put yards where the freight is.

Documentation for the Claim

Every recovery is documented — condition at intake, photos, and a clean chain of custody. That matters when it becomes an insurance claim or a cargo dispute.

Why Hadley

  • We own every truck. Hadley drivers, Hadley equipment, Hadley dispatch. Not an app, not a dispatch network — your call is never farmed out to a stranger.
  • Family-owned since 1952. Three generations, the same yards, the same phone numbers. See why that matters.
  • We show up with the right iron. The truck we send is sized to the job, because a job worked with the wrong equipment costs more than it saves.
  • Insurance approved. Covered tows are billed directly to the carrier and cost you nothing — see insurance-covered towing.

Commercial Fleet Towing — Frequently Asked Questions

Can you handle our whole fleet, light to heavy?
Yes. That's the point. We run wheel-lifts through Class 8 wreckers and 50/75-ton rotators, so one vendor covers every unit you own.
How does a standing account work?
We set up your billing, authorized callers, and default destinations in advance. Your driver calls one number, we verify the account, and the truck rolls.
Do you bill on account or require payment at the scene?
On account. That's the entire reason to set one up — no card at the roadside.
Can you store a unit while we sort repairs?
Yes. Gated, camera-monitored yards at Whittier, Fontana and Orange, with documented intake and release.
How do we set up an account?
Call (562) 692-3793 and ask for commercial accounts. We'll get your contacts, billing and destinations on file.
